Both times I’ve been here I’ve been able to get an appointment same or next day, saving me a trip to an urgent care. The office staff and medical staff are all kind and friendly. Tina the NP and Nina the PA were both kind and made me feel comfortable. I felt that they both really listened and discussed my plan with intent and didn’t just skim over the details and make assumptions .
